ORCA

ORCA (Anti-smuggling Registration and Control Observatory) serves as a control and information consolidation tool focused on combating smuggling of excise-taxed products. The platform enables Anti-smuggling Task Forces to record, consult, and keep updated all the information related to monitoring, control, inspection and surveillance activities across 32 Colombian departments and the Capital District, tracking operations while integrating information from strategic allies including DIAN and POLFA.
