The initiative supports Venezuelan migrants, returning Colombians and the communities receiving them, focused on community cohesion and protection from violence regardless of legal status. It ran in eleven Colombian cities between 2020 and 2024, led by a consortium of Pact, ABA-ROLI, Freedom House and Internews.
