The project I am proudest of. It shows species data from Colombia, a country where nature is not a minor subject, and in practice it is a way in for the Spanish-speaking world to see what we have. Technically it was the hardest thing I have built: a lot of information on a single screen, with subpages and contexts that changed between sections. I came out of it a better developer, and it shows in what I did afterwards.

A biodiversity data dashboard for SiB Colombia and the Humboldt Institute. It gathers the country species records and presents them in visualizations that researchers, decision makers and anyone else can explore without knowing how to read a database.
